WILL AIE-713 water soluble cutting oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, and it has highly versatile and suitable for processing many kinds of materials such as steel and aluminum alloy.
WILL AIE-713 is a premium quality water-soluble cutting oil that is good for a variety of water qualities which can prevent oil and water separation. It contains 50% to 80% mineral oil and forms a milky emulsion while mixed with water.
WILL AIE-713 soluble cutting oil use eco-friendly formula without chlorine additives, and the combinations with agents which have antifungal property, bring about control of putrefaction.
Application
- WILL AIE-713 soluble cutting oil is excellent for the machining of all ferrous and non – ferrous metals, especially suitable for aluminum alloy and steel alloy. Besides, it is also suitable for hard quality water which can prevent oil and water separation.
- WILL AIE-713 cutting oil also named multifunctional cutting oil. And it is used for lathe, boring, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, reaming, grinding operations.

Storage
- Ratio of coolant: 3 ~ 5% (Depends on working situation)
- Storage: Avoid direct sunlight, under normal temperature, keep in dry and cool place.
- Expiration Date: 6 months (Base on brand-new)
- Substances floating on the coolant may be seen in the beginning of use. They are antifoaming additive and disappear in a couple of days.
