The Offline Fixed Cutting Fluid Filtration System (W-2000G) is a high-performance Positive Pressure + Filtration Purification System designed to solve critical workshop issues such as fluid spoilage, foul odors, and high waste disposal costs. By integrating multi-stage physical separation with advanced ozone sterilization, this centralized system maintains cutting fluid in peak condition, ensuring a cleaner production environment and significantly extending fluid lifespan

- Advanced Multi-Stage Purification: Combines pre-filtration, centrifugal separation, and patented oil-water separation to remove both large particles and fine suspended solids.
- High-Precision Positive Pressure Filtration: Utilizes a positive pressure system (over 1.5 KG) to achieve a filtration accuracy of 20μm, ensuring superior fluid clarity.Ultra-Fine 5-10μm Filtration: Capable of achieving precision filtration down to 5-10μm when used with a cellulose pre-coating layer.
- Effective Sterilization & Deodorization: Features a dual ozone + aeration system that uniformly diffuses ozone to kill bacteria and eliminate the "rotten egg" smell caused by degradation.
